There are currently problems with Gmail. Emails don't arrive. I can't answer if you wrote via the contact form either, because the mail could not be delivered. If possible, use an alternative. First of all, I activated accounts manually.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment in advance (bank transfer) and PayPal is currently possible.

Where can I see existing orders?

All your existing orders are listed in the "Orders" tab. You will also find your invoices and order information there.

When will I receive an invoice?

After a successful order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation only serves to confirm the receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your offer to conclude a purchase contract. Your purchase contract for an item is concluded when we receive your payment for the order and accept your order by sending you an e-mail. Send an email notifying you that your payment for the order has been activated. After activation, you will receive a separate email with your invoice for the order in PDF format.

How long does it take to activate the order?

The time between order and activation can vary depending on the payment method. Orders are generally only activated when your money has been visibly credited to our account. If you pay by credit card or PayPal, this is the case immediately after payment and your order will usually be activated within a few hours on weekdays. When paying by bank transfer, activation usually takes two to five working days. Please note that transfers from abroad (we have a German account) can take considerably longer.
